These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
About moderation alerts: when someone reports a check-in, we send the details of that report — including the reported photo — to a private channel that only our moderation team can access. This is how we meet our commitment to review reports quickly. Nothing is sent to Discord unless a report is filed against that specific check-in, and messages there may persist on Discord’s servers even after we delete them.
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pebble, our users, or the public.
If Pebble is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

You may revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. The App will not be able to generate Forages without location access, but your account and history will remain intact.
You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
You control who can see your photos (private or friends) on a per-upload basis.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
